The caravan is insulated and heated (electric radiators and small wood-burning stove) and has a relaxation area with sun loungers and parasol.
The largest caravan sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Guests can relax on the wooden terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains. The comfortable wooden bedroom has a double bed. Two bench seats (70x180 cm) can accommodate 2 children in the living room. The bathroom has a separate shower, wooden washbasin and toilet. The caravan is also insulated and heated (electric radiators). It is equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, barbecue, sun loungers, parasol and hammock for future guests.

There is room to expand the business with a few more trailers. The location would lend itself to road cycling groups as the main cols of the Tour de France around Foix are all within easy reach.
