Ideal holiday home (or residence for a couple)! This pretty 2 bedroom stone cottage with pool sits in a market town on the border between the Charente & Dordogne regions. The lovely interior has been completely renovated and retains plenty of character (stone walls, beams, fireplace etc), outside there is a nice terrace for al fresco dining during our long summers, some small outbuildings and the new pool (just needs the liner to be installed). Beautiful countryside surrounds this region and wonderful Aubeterre is just 10 minutes away. All is in very good condition and this small house is definitely a must see!
